Chiropractic Associates, Inc. is a participating health care provider in most health insurance plans. We are also a certified provider for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Also, we work with auto injury liability cases. We provide billing service for our patients though each patient is ultimately responsible for his/her account. Prepayment and time of service rate options are also available.
